Return Window
You may return any unused, unworn, unwashed item with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Refund Conditions
Items must be in original condition, with tags attached
Sale items and intimate apparel are final sale
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
How to Return
Email us at lilliansmall@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return address.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
